Dirty DATAMGRCOORDINATER.exe & DATAMGRUI.exe processes!

Howdy,

Recently, i was working looking at one of the systems which used to get slower and slower with time after boot. In the task manager, i found below hightlighted process that used to jump up to take 100 % CPU.

I started looking inside add/remove programs and did not find much information there about the third party apps that might run this service/process. So, i started looking into msconfig and i got this:

It gave me clear idea about the service and the registry. I went inside the installed directory and i found a uninstall option.

I uninstalled it and there we go! all clear now.

NOTE:

- The system performance was back to where it was prior to this problem after uninstalling.
- Though, i could uninstall this and fix the performance issue, i found no information related to this
in the Internet Explorer or in Firefox as it seem to have installed as a Search helper Toolbar.

I hope this helps. If you have any information related to this, please feel free to comment and then, i will add this in the article.

Check this article if you want to check how to look for certificates

Click on the certificate you want to disable and scroll down till you see a disable button like this:

Now, click on Disable and you would see the message as it appears like below:

Click on Ok which will disable the certificate and the device will no longer trust the certificates given by this CA

Hope this helps.
